Now is the time to look for grade-appropriate books to enhance your lessons. Children of all ages loved to be read to and just the right book will help reinforce the lesson. If your program has a resource library, check it out before classes begin to see what it has to offer. Next, look in your teacher’s manuals to find the suggested books that go along with the lessons. Look for the books at a book store or your local library. When you find a great book, write it down and where you can get it. Keep the list handy so you can keep adding to it.
